Yes, all of our factories have to pass strict auditing processes, such as Sedex SMETA audits, BSCI, and WRAP, as well as our own internal auditing procedures, which we are happy to share with you.

We are very open about our supply chains, so if you’d like to see our policy documents or need a copy of an audit, we would be happy to provide this for you.

Can you reproduce my brand colours exactly?
Definitely. Provide us with Pantone references or official brand codes and we’ll match them precisely. Where Pantone isn’t available, we use high-quality digital or CMYK printing methods to achieve the closest possible match.
Do I get to see a sample first?
Yes. We’ll send you either a digital proof or a physical pre-production sample (depending on the method used) so you can check everything — colours, sizing, finish, and attachments. Once you’ve signed off the sample, we move into full production.
What’s the minimum order and turnaround time?
Order volumes vary depending on the design and materials. We can often accommodate small runs, and for larger bulk orders the per-unit price is reduced. Production times also vary, but we’ll give you a clear schedule with your quote. Need them quickly? Ask about fast-track or smaller pilot runs.
What if the charms don’t match the approved sample?
Consistency is our promise. If the delivered charms don’t meet the standard of the approved sample, just let us know within 7 days. We’ll remake, credit, or work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
