Are your factories audited?
Yes, all of our factories have to pass strict auditing processes, such as Sedex SMETA audits, BSCI, and WRAP, as well as our own internal auditing procedures, which we are happy to share with you.
Can we receive a copy of an audit?
We are very open about our supply chains, so if you’d like to see our policy documents or need a copy of an audit, we would be happy to provide this for you.

How can I make this product more responsible?

How many colours can I print?
We can print your badge with as many colours as you like! Colours can be reproduced using the industry standard four-colour (CMYK) process, plastic is available in 8 standard colours or can be Pantone matched for an additional cost.
Do I have to pay VAT on my badges?
Registered charities are exempt from paying VAT on lapel items if you ask for a suggested donation in return for the item. Our experienced team can help you determine if your order is exempt from VAT.
