We have been working with Rocket Charities only since the beginning of 2008. They offer a first class service in sourcing and supplying merchandise for our charity and are happy to react to any unusual demand that we may put their way. Their operation is an excellent example of 'vertical' support, in that they provide all the necessary elements, from sourcing through design and artwork to production and delivery - and they stick to their promises on delivery. We have found that Rocket may not always quote the cheapest price, and we have sometimes, being a charity, been forced to go elsewhere, but their support and ease of communication makes up for their occasional higher prices.
