What type of material is used to make these badges?
Our Fundraising Badges are made using soft enamel. Your charity’s design is stamped into iron and then the recessed areas are filled with soft enamel matched to your chosen colours. The badges are then plated in nickel or gilt and a thin acrylic cap is applied on top. The end result is a badge that features raised metal lines and a polished, precise look.

What shapes and sizes are available?
All of our badges are custom made, so we can make your badge in any shape or size that you wish!

What packaging options are available?
When it comes to packaging – the sky’s the limit! We can help you come up with some creative packaging ideas and designs to add an extra bit of value to your fundraising badges. Some of our more popular options include custom backing cards but we can also pack the badges in to presentation boxes or pre-packed in to counter display boxes.

Do I have to pay VAT on my badges?
Registered charities are exempt from paying VAT on lapel items if you ask for a donation for the item. Our experienced team can help you determine if your order is exempt.

Where are the badges made?
The badges are manufactured in a carefully-audited factory in China. We have Carbon positive freighting. This means that we remove the equivalent of 110% of the total CO2 emissions we generate in freighting goods.actices.

Are your factories audited?
Yes, all of our factories have to pass strict auditing processes, such as Sedex SMETA audits, BSCI, and WRAP, as well as our own internal auditing procedures, which we are happy to share with you.

Can we receive a copy of an audit?
We are very open about our supply chains, so if you’d like to see our policy documents or need a copy of an audit, we would be happy to provide this for you.
